Gite de Rose
Rose is our smallest gîte and it is suitable for up to 4 people.
This gîte is also accessible for wheelchair users.
The Rose has:
- A living room of over 28 m² with an open plan kitchen which is equipped with all modern conveniences. It has a wood burning stove for heating and also a small electric radiator.
- A bedroom of 16 m² with a bed of 1.6 x 2 meters. If desired there is also space for a cot.
- A bedroom cupboardbed with a boxspringbed of 1.6 x 2 m.
- A bathroom with toilet, shower and a double sink.
- A technical area in which you will find the water heater, gas meter, washing machine, ironing board, cleaning equipment and some extra storage space.
- Wifi internet connection. You are here for a rest but sometimes it is nice to just be able to contact the home front or to check your emails.
- A blue ray DVD player and a 3D TV.
- There is a barbeque available.
- A small stock of things for the first few days such as coffee, tea, salt and pepper, etc
You can, together with the guests in gîte Anabelle, use the gardens surrounding the gîtes. In one of the gardens there is a pond of about 12m in length, 2m in width and 1m in depth which makes the site less suitable for small children. This garden is fenced off.
Rates
The rate per week is in the high season (10 july uptill 28 august) €572,-- out side the season it will be from €468,--
This includes taxes and and the cost for the use of bed linen and towels.
Rental Period
The rental period is all year round
Arrivals and departures are always on a Saturday. The gîte is available for you from 4.00 pm onwards. You can leave your luggage earlier in the day.
Departure is scheduled on Saturday before 10 am but it is possible to collect your luggage later in the day.
Costs that are not included are:
Final cleaning. You can perform the final cleaning yourself. You can find the cleaning materials in the technical area. If you prefer to leave the cleaning to us the costs will be €50.
